Lyza is a beautiful woman with long blonde hair and distinctive blue eyes. She is a White Whistle Delver and a disciple of Ozen, a fellow White Whistle. She appears to be wearing standard Delver gear, but has the skill to become a White Whistle and appears to be quite strong, primarily in hand-to-hand combat. Her Nickname is "Sovereigh of Annihilation" She loves the flower "Eternal Fortune", also known as the "Resilience Flower," and her favorite place is where they grow in clusters deep in the Abyss.
She is a strong spirited person, and even forced the clumsy Ozen to become her disciple, asking, "Hey, why don't you become my master?" If I said such a word to Ozen, her eyes and mouth would turn black like the abyss and would instantly be beaten up. She has such a charm that anyone can be drawn to her, and she married Torka, who is also a Delver and belongs to Lyza's party. Lyza & Riko

As mentioned above, Lyza and Riko are mother and daughter, but Lyza made her last dive when Riko was a baby, so Riko grew up without knowing Lyza's face or voice. It is unclear why Lyza left Riko behind to perform the Last Dive, but perhaps she thought that Riko would definitely reach the bottom of the abyss where she was waiting.
In addition to the letter, Lyza left Riko with a notebook detailing the monsters in the Abyss and what is edible in the Abyss. It is believed that Lyza and Reg were together when Lyza was working in the 7th Layer as the Last Dive. Reg sometimes recalls memories of Lyza and even utters Lyza's catchphrase, "Irredeemable," so it seems they were together for quite some time. Since Lyza did the Last Dive when Riko was a baby, Riko was 12 years old when she decided to go to the Abyss, so I guess that Reg and Lyza have been together for about 10 years or more.

Lyza and Torka were in the same Delever corps, and I suspect they fell in love while adventuring together in the Abyss. Although only Torka's face appears in the story, he looks exactly like Riko, and as we can see from Riko's personality, Torka is a little more timid than Lyza, but I believe he was a person with more intellectual curiosity than anyone else.
Torka dies on the 4th Layer of the Abyss, but it is unknown what happened to Lyza and Torka at that time. It is currently unknown whether Lyza is dead or alive. In Orth on the surface, anyone who performs a Last Dive is considered dead, so Lyza is considered dead by people on the surface, but Riko believes she is alive.
I also believe Lyza is still alive, and here are my reasons for doing so.
- Lyza is a White Whistle Delver and has high survival skills.
- Lyza has probably spent over 10 years in the 7th Layer with Reg, so it's hard to imagine she's dead.

Lyza's equipment is called the Blaze Reap, a weapon/tool shaped like a pickaxe that can explode anything it hits, and it looks like it will be useful for destroying creatures and large obstacles in the Abyss. However, this weapon has a drawback in that it sometimes does not explode. Also, there is a possibility that the user may be caught up in the explosion, so I think it is necessary to be very careful when handling it.
Currently, Riko owns the Blaze Reap, and it seems that it can be detonated several more times. The fact that Lyza gave up the Blaze Reap means that she has found another powerful weapon, or that she no longer needs it.
