Another glorious summer day, another day with our beloved village local closed. Although I do get a sense that there might be something in the offing. We'll see. Watch this space. Governor Cooper has signed SB 527, the ABC Omnibus Bill, into law, marking a major victory for NCRLA and our members. This law modernizes North Carolina’s ABC system, allowing mixed beverage permittees to start selling co*cktails to-go immediately, among other provisions.
