Mt Pleasant, South Carolina Charles Walter Spriggs 1946 — 2024 Charles Walter Spriggs, 77, died peacefully at home on July 26, 2024 in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. His Memorial Service will be held Friday, August 2, 2024 in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel. Born on January 23, 1944 in Winston Salem, NC, Mr. Henry was the son of the late Thomas Blair Henry and the late Norma Owen Henry Eubanks. Tom is survived by his wife of 59 years, Janice Wallace Henry; his daughter Candace (Karl) Lyles of Rock Hill, SC; grand-daughter, Gretchen Simon of Charlotte, NC; his sisters Pam Henry (Betsy Johnson) and Terry Lynn Henry; a brother, Robert Henry and several nieces and nephews.
